COMMITTEE MEETINGS / TOWN BOARD MEETING

The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by Chairman Kudick. In attendance were Supervisors Stradal, Mc Cabe, Van De Walle, and Dudkiewicz, Chairman Kudick, Mike Stuek, Clerk Olson, and 15 others.
Supervisor Van De Walle gave an update on the Airport Road ARIP grant status / process. AG producer forms were provided by Ayres and the town is working on verifying their ARIP web account status. A site visit to get measurements and perform dig downs to confirm depth of asphalt pavement for proposed excavation will take place within two weeks. Discussion will be held with the Town on what they want included in an estimate for inclusion in the application. When Ayres receives the completed producer forms, they will use the information to generate narratives for the application. The goal is to have everything to the town by June 19th.
Changes to the Code Enforcer Job Description were discussed. Supervisor Mc Cabe moved to have the changes brought to the next Board meeting for approval. Second by Supervisor Stradal. Carried.
Supervisor Mc Cabe stated that the petition filed for disposition in the dogs’ case has no time frame. After some discussion, it was decided to have discussion with the Attorney at the next Board meeting to see what the Board’s options are to end all the charges from boarding the dogs.
Supervisor Mc Cabe had proposed Ordinance changes for Title 1 Chapter 3 -Fee Schedule, Title 3 Chapter 1- Finance, Title 8 Chapter 1 - Health and Sanitation, Title 14A Section 3.0 - General Provisions, and Title 15 – Building Code. After discussion on all Titles, Supervisor Stradal made a motion to move to the full Board for discussion and possible action. Supervisor Van De Walle offered a second. Motion carried.
Motion to adjourn at 7:14 pm by Supervisor Stradal, second by Supervisor Van De Walle and carried.
