1.       ADOPTION OF AGENDA

 

2.       APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Submitted minutes of the following meetings:

Board meeting of August 12, 2026 Special Board on August 24 and September 2, 2026 and Committee meetings of September 2, 2026.  Also, a correction to the date of the deferred budget portion of the Annual meeting minutes to read November 9, 2026.

 

3.       ACCEPTANCE OF FINANCIAL STATEMENT

 

Financial Report for August 2026 as presented by the Treasurer

 

4.       APPROVAL OF VOUCHERS

 

Vouchers for August 13, 2026 through September 9, 2026 as presented by the Clerk

 

5.       CORRESPONDENCE         As may have been received        

 

6.       DEPARTMENTS & PLAN COMMISSION REPORTS

Fire – number of meetings, call info, new members, repairs, major purchases

Public Works – road repair work, equipment maintenance, shop information

Canine – # of dogs picked up, kept, or delivered to vet, complaints handled

Code Enforcer – complaints and updates

Building Inspector – any permits issued, inspections done, compliance with State regs.

Recycling – hours of work, items shipped, requests for updates

Water Safety Patrol Unit – patrol times and information

 

7.       NEW BUSINESS

 

a.       CSM’s as may be presented

b.       Possible approval of Ordinance Exceptions for Terry Sommers

c.       Possibly setting spending limits authority for department heads 

d.       Discussion and information from meeting with Crivitz Rescue Board

e.       Possibly accepting quotes for doors at fire station 2

f.        Possible acceptance of a member for the fire department for traffic control

g.       Establishing a bond schedule for the Ordinances

h.       Notice of a correction in the Annual meeting minutes for the date of the Budget Hearing for 2026.

i.         Setting a possible date for the budget workshop.

j.         Operator licenses as have been received.
