TOWN OF STEPHENSON NOTICE OF THE FOLLOWING COMMITTEE MEETINGS VARIOUS COMMITTEES TOWN BOARD MEETING TO BE HELD AT THE TOWN OF STEPHENSON HALL LOCATED AT W11280 COUNTY ROAD X Wednesday September 2, 2026 BEGINNING IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING the Special Board meeting at 6:00 pm 1. Discussion on spending limits for department heads. 2. Discussion on a fine for not posting a building permit. 3. Discussion about developing bond schedule per Town Ordinance Title 8, Chapter 1 Health and safety, 8-1-2(d)(1) Enforcement Penalty. Gene Wilber to lead discussion. 4. Discussion with representative of Aeronautics concerning cutting of trees at the airport. 5. Discussion and information on fire station 2 meeting with insurance adjuster 6. Discussion on 2027 budgeting plan 7. Discussion on town website needs before going live. 8. Adjournment. The Committee meetings are also noticed as Town Board meetings, however, there is no Town Board agenda and no Board action will be taken at the Committee meetings.
