Town of Stephenson Regular Monthly Board Meeting Wednesday August 12, 2026 7:00 PM At the Town of Stephenson Town Hall located at W11280 County Road X AGENDA CALL TO ORDER PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL Mike Kudick, Chairman Jim Stradal, Supervisor 1 Austin Van De Walle, Supervisor 3 Shari Uhazie, Treasurer Mike Dudkiewicz, Supervisor 2 Elaine Olson, Clerk Peter McCabe, Supervisor 4 Public input is welcome. Please direct all questions or comments to the Board. If courtesy and respect is not shown to the assembly, public participation on the issue will be discontinued. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL THE FOLLOWING AGENDA ITEMS: 1. ADOPTION OF AGENDA 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Submitted minutes of the following meetings: Board meeting of July 8 and Committee meetings of July 15, 2026 3. ACCEPTANCE OF FINANCIAL STATEMENT Financial Report for July 2026 as presented by the Treasurer 4. APPROVAL OF VOUCHERS Vouchers for July 9, 2026 through August 12, 2026 as presented by the Clerk 5. CORRESPONDENCE As may have been received 6. DEPARTMENTS & PLAN COMMISSION REPORTS Fire – number of meetings, call info, new members, repairs, major purchases Public Works – road repair work, equipment maintenance, shop information Canine – # of dogs picked up, kept, or delivered to vet, complaints handled Building Inspector – any permits issued, inspections done, compliance with State regs. Recycling – hours of work, items shipped, requests for updates Water Safety Patrol Unit – patrol times and information 7. NEW BUSINESS a. CSM’s as may be presented b. Dave Andersen and Thunder Lake residents to request funds for invasive species control c. Ron Swiatnicki, President on the Newton Lake Property Owners Association. to discuss possible funds for the current Eurasian Milfoil issue on Little Newton Lake d. Possible approval of Code Enforcer job description changes. e. Possible filling of the Code Enforcer position f. Possible approval of pest control for the town hall g. Possibly setting spending limits authority by position, without obtaining prior Board approval h. Possible decision on the dogs remaining at Country Side Boarding i.
