TOWN OF STEPHENSON MARINETTE COUNTY TOWN HALL

SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

June 30, 2025

The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by Chairman Kudick who led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Roll call showed Chairman Kudick, Supervisors Belanger, McCabe, Stradal, and Clerk Olson present.

Supervisor Stradal moved to adopt the agenda as presented. Second by Supervisor Belanger and carried.

After some discussion, Supervisor Stradal moved to grant a Class B license to AGF Holdings LLC DBA Fishers Bar & Grill contingent to the Clerk receiving cash for the license fee, publication fee, NSF charges, and Special Board meeting charges. Supervisor McCabe offered a second. Motion carried.

Approval of Andrew Foster as Agent for AGF Holdings LLC DBA Fishers Bar & Grill, was given with a motion by Supervisor Stradal, second by Chairman Kudick, and carried.

Motion to adjourn at 6:34 pm by Supervisor Stradal, second by Supervisor McCabe and carried.
